Privacy policy
Last updated October 16, 2026
This policy explains what information Lampso (“we”) collects through lampsoinc.com and our client portal at app.lampsoinc.com, and how we use it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you use the Get a quote form, we receive your name, email, phone number, business name, the services you picked, your budget and timeline, and your message.
- Client portal accounts. If you become a client, we store your name, email and the project information, files and messages you share with us.
- Basic server logs. Our hosting providers keep standard logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and running.
This website does not use advertising trackers or sell any information. We do not use cookies on lampsoinc.com. The client portal uses your browser’s storage only to keep you signed in.
How we use it
- To reply to you and prepare proposals.
- To deliver, bill for and support the work you hire us for.
- To send messages about your project, such as invoices, approvals and reminders.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Who helps us
We use a few trusted providers to run our business: Netlify (website hosting), Supabase (secure database and sign-in), Resend (account emails), Google Fonts (the typefaces on this site) and our payment and accounting providers. They process information only to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for up to two years and client records for as long as needed for the work and for tax and legal reasons. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we have about you. Send the request through the Get a quote form or your client portal and we’ll take care of it within 30 days.
Children
Our website is not directed to children under 13. Family apps we build are set up and managed by a parent or guardian.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
