How do I start a project?
Fill out the Get a quote form. We keep a zero inbox, so we reply by the end of the business day (or the next business day if you write after hours), usually with a short call to learn more, then send a free quote with scope, timeline and price.
How long does a project take?
A starter website or logo takes about two weeks. Most custom websites take four to six weeks, and larger sites or apps take eight to twelve. Your proposal lists the timeline before anything starts.
Do you work with clients outside Atlanta?
Yes. We are based in Woodstock, Georgia and meet in person around metro Atlanta, and we work by video with clients anywhere in the United States.
Can you work with my existing logo or website?
Yes. We can refresh what you have, add to it, or move it to a faster and easier-to-manage setup.
Pricing and payment
How much does a project cost?
It depends on what you need, so every project starts with a free quote. Every service comes in three sizes, and your quote lists the exact price, scope and timeline before any work begins. Get a quote.
Is the quote really free?
Yes. The quote and the first call are free, and there is no obligation. Your quote stays valid for 60 days.
What does the deposit cover?
The deposit reserves your spot and starts the work. Larger projects split payments across the start, design approval and launch. Your quote shows the schedule.
Do you offer nonprofit pricing?
Yes. Registered nonprofits receive 15% off project work. More for nonprofits.
What other costs should I expect?
Things like hosting, domains, software subscriptions, stock photos and ad spend are billed at cost, with no markup. We tell you about them up front.
Ownership and care
Do I own my website, app and designs?
Yes. When the final payment clears, the final designs, site and app code are yours. We may show the work in our portfolio.
What is a care plan?
A monthly plan where we look after your site or app: hosting, updates, backups and uptime checks, plus time for small edits on the larger plans.
What happens if I need changes after launch?
Small changes are included with Glow and Radiate care plans. Anything larger gets a quick quote first, so there are never surprise bills.
What is the client portal?
Once you are a client, you get your own login at app.lampsoinc.com. You can see your projects, accept proposals, view invoices, approve social posts, share files and message us there.
