How payment works
Payments follow the work.
- Quote
Free, with scope, timeline and price. Accept it online.
- Deposit
50% to start. Projects over $5,000 pay 40% to start, 30% at design approval and 30% at launch.
- Launch
The final payment is due at launch or delivery. Then the files, site and code are yours.
- Monthly
Care plans, design retainers and social media are billed month to month.
Invoices are due within 15 days. Full details are in our project terms.
What else it might cost
- Hosting, domains, software, stock photos and ad spend are billed at cost, with no markup, and listed in your quote.
- Rush delivery is +25% for under two weeks and +50% for under 72 hours.
- Extra revision rounds and new features are quoted before any work starts.
15% off project work
- Registered nonprofits receive 15% off branding, websites, apps and automation.
- Just mention you’re a nonprofit when you ask for a quote.

Can you give me a ballpark first?
Yes. Tell us a little about the project on the quote form and we’ll give you a range quickly, then the exact quote.
Can I start small and add more later?
Yes. Many clients start with Spark and grow into Glow or Radiate. What you already paid for carries forward.
Do you offer payment plans?
Larger projects are already split across the start, design approval and launch. Ask about anything else when you request a quote.
What if the project changes along the way?
New pages or features are quoted as a small change order before any extra work starts, so the price never changes without your OK.

Yes. The quote and the first call are free, with no obligation, and your quote stays good for 60 days.
